- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves and stems
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
The shrimp were grilled for about three minutes per side. The honey in the marinade helped get little bits of charring to happen.
