1 cup cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon garlic
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1/4 cup napalitos (well rinsed)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup water
Pulse in a blender to incorporate.
The pork was thin sliced and added to toasted corn tortilla along with a few veggies :)
